Google images for world economic centre of gravity and you will find its moving to Asia. This helps Japan. Here in Europe we are talking of Japanification of Europe (and later US) as we are all going the way of Japan with high govt deb to GDP ratio. Japan central bank interest rate has already bounced up from its lowest and proven it can hold a plateau a few points above zero. Its debt at around 200% GDP is slowly being reduced over years.  Most of its companies are remarkable: softbank; Toyota; MItsubish heavy materials and most of them have factories around the world not being dependant on Japanese economy alone. Immigration is a little better in Japan over the years, not worse. Corruption is low. I don't see anything wrong.... There can be great companies operating on a highly indebted government. It will pay its dept in 200 years so what? Japan has thousands of years of tradition. If the economy goes bad then people will need work. Plenty of companies needing workers.

Plus even if there is a recession if you have enough cash you will be able to correct at 10%; 20% down. But quite frankly. Right now Japan has PE ratio 13% on Vanguard ETF; 14% for emerging markets; 14% for Europe; 19% for US equity. So if some stock needs to fall deep it is US. Japan has been long suffering already and with the move of capital towards asia it is Japan the best in asia (not the cheapest).

I see DAX a sell. On daily we have a contraction which broke out. On the 4H we have another contraction, so I think it drops today. ..One of the main reasons it went up is speculation that the two German banks will merge. ..Buy rumor > Sell fact.

Feb.27 - Kuroda speaking at parliament said: "ETF purchases are a necessary policy step at present." -- Unbelievable. This is incredible, and of course not the right thing to do. Japan doesn't want or doesn't need another asset bubble like the one in 1990 that ruined the Japanese economy for decades.

Japan has been the wink-n-nod bankster for the world for the past decade - like the Swiss bank black hole last century, where money launderers were called "preferred clients."  Japan is de facto a state owned plutocracy since its "free markets" are 3/4 owned by Tokyo.

Attention: Nikkei 225 -- The index has a bearish crossover, has a huge gap lower that needs to be filled, and it is showing extremely overbought conditions, and overbought conditions will have to be resolved.
