Keppel REIT (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. The Trust invests in a portfolio of real estate and real estate-related assets, which are used for commercial purposes in Singapore and Asia. It has interests in approximately nine assets with over 10 towers located in the central business districts of Singapore, as well as cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth in Australia. In Singapore, the Trust holds interest in Ocean Financial Centre, Marina Bay Financial Centre (comprising office Towers 1, 2 and 3 and the subterranean mall, Marina Bay Link Mall), and One Raffles Quay. It owns interest in Bugis Junction Towers. In Australia, it holds interest in 8 Chifley Square in Sydney, the 8 Exhibition Street office building and two retail units. It also owns interest in the adjoining approximately three retail units in Melbourne. It holds interest in 275 George Street in Brisbane, as well as in the office tower.
