Amd opened at $32. One cent off $31. Its only been a few hours of active trading. Wait for it. Its coming. Clearly you trade and invest off emotions or are a rookie here. My math is correct as are my previous comments. You will see. Wanna bet amd closes in $31s? Buy all you want now. Remeber though i tried to help you. My quote goes as followed. Feel free to use it, “Math does Not Lie, People Do”. Math is an absolute as ive said. Youll see my man

Exactly Mark! As do I. If $26s fall imo Amd holders moral will go bye bye. Those 75 Million shares havent hit markets yet. If it falls much more im sure the holder will dump. Do the math. Thats a difference if like 500 Million dollars then add the Taxes. Its like Losing 1 Billion Dollars. Id sell. When markets go down as they should and will imo due to indicators amd will get hurt imo. I have puts to hedge my thousands of shares at $3.61. I only plan to trade my options not utilize them

Yes a big pull back would convince me to sell on a indicator stand point. especially looking at the broader markets and the big bearish formation. The monthly pattern is scary looking

Thats the response one gives when they know theyre 1.. The same person and 2.. They Know they got owned and have no other way of responding to the Facts! ;) Did you know Amd was so smart, great and forward thinking to sell their mobile division to QualComm for only 65 MiLLiOn years ago? Imo people buy more phones, more frequently and more people have phones than those who play videos games and use pcs. Intel makes their own chips fyi. Until Amd can Afford to pay a Dividend as both QualComm and Intel do, I highly Doubt they can Afford a Trade War. Imo of course. I own all 3 as full discloure. Not saying Amd is bad or a bad company Linux. Im saying its going down before new 52week hi :) imo of course. Play accordingly

Kevin Irish Yeah right. If all analysts were so good that could predict prices then there would be no point analyzing anything to public. They would be millionaires. Stock prices are unpredictable. You can do your math, you can be very well informed, buy stocks and then there is the unpredictable factor. Predicting a sub 32 price for today means nothing. Last close was 32.41 There is a chance to go down or up. Some prediction!!! I also have bought at lower price so if you ask me I have already made my profit.

Yes Linux i agree with you. Sooner or later. More likely later is all im saying. Why pay 15-28% more than you have to is all my point is. Theres a reason why i havent sold my $3.61 shares. Well multiple. One is i have a beautiful share price. The other being amd in a few years will surpass the $40-$50 mark imo. Thats a few years though. Most economic indicators point to a nasty downturn jn the markets as a whole not just Amd. Just make sure you protect yourself my man is my true point

New Vega is not great IMO: about the same performance as a RTX 2070 for about the same price, but a year late, and with a higher TDP (225W vs 75W) despite being on the 7nm node

AMD made a splash at E3 yesterday, making several big announcements that effect both PC and Console gamers. PC gamers had been looking forward to this keynote since Computex in May where details on the company’s new graphics cards were conspicuously absent from the presentation. They weren’t disappointed. The theme of the presentation was “leadership performance in its class” and demonstrating value per dollar.Read more at https://www.mmorpg.com/news/amd-e3-2019-keynote-address-takeaways-1000052790#i6wjUvuWXvmIwFT3.99

AMD is proud of the 3950X and was keen to take to overclocking at E3, a gamble that netted them a variety of world record titles for overclocking a 16 core CPU.

The Ryzen 9 3950X meanwhile is rocking 16 cores and 32 threads with a base clock of 3.5GHz and a boost clock of an amazing 4.7GHz. It’s easily one of the world’s most powerful CPUs on the market but is packing a hefty price point of $749 to match.

Michael Hammer, I work with anisotropic brownian motion kernels in the space of positions and orientation, for which we have analytical solutions. Can you explain why you need 400,000 lines for a 1D solver? Not meant to devalue your work, just curious

It's not using straight brownian motion. I just mentioned that to introduce the basic idea behind SPDEs. Y=mx+b is to PDEs as Brownian motion is to SPDEs. Most of those lines are header files defining functions of statistical equations. The 400,000 lines is the whole project code, not just the main file and it's written in C because because the python code was so hardware intensive the program just crashed.
