Im starting to worry about drought argument. south of minas gerais gets rain. Sao Paulo too. if espirito santo and Bahia gets water from irrigation then we have one strong bullish argument less.

we will get good rain in the south of minas gerais and in the west of Bahia until the 27. january.espirito santo will get some light showers but only 1mm per day until the 27. january.in south east of Bahia it will be still dry and in zona da mata too..so we still have over 15 mio bags in brazil with drought problems until 27. january..its possible that rain starts in february.

so guys its not only espirito santo. with dry problems:.its Bahia (3.5 mio bags) and zona da mata (6.5 mio bags) too. with espirito santo this is together over 22 mio bags with drought problems. lets take the 30% irrigation systems. then we have 15.4 mio bags with drought problems.

after exiting 106 , and was planning to stay out, I am back in it at 105 ,  because realized that the weekly candle pattern have a very good odds to keep going up. and if this rally is triggered on possible drought there is no sign of any relief in the future forecast so I feel good with this kind of odds for next week.

Andrea Elia on crude  , we are 6% above 5 years average with sort of mild winter , I expect another run down for crude we dropped from 77 to 42 if we figure at least 50% bounce before we head down again so our highs should be 58 to 62 because this give us 50 to 60% FIB

we had in average 100mm rain per month. but i have to say that November Dezember is more important for coffee because of flowering.. now it looks like we will not even get 50mm rain in january (espirito santo). lets say that only 70% of this area will be affected, because of irrigation systems. this is still 10 mio bags. with possible drought problems

this is the end of the road for me , exit my bullish position and wait again down at the 101 level but def don't feel threatened any more that coffee can make new lows after it rallied opposite to the direction of the Brazilian real but would not take the chance to hold it while the daily MACD crossed on the USD/BRL, and would not short either near 14 years low , there is fair chance it will continue the rally specially if it closed above 105.50
